In comparison, 4,333 listings sold in Leon County in 2022, which is an 18% decrease, meaning the market has cooled off since the post-pandemic boom.
The average sales price of Tallahassee homes sold, according to data in the MLS, was $271,759, while the median sales price in 2021 was $239,000. This is an increase of 7% compared to 2020 data. When looking at more recent 2022 data, the average sales price was $307,217, which is higher than we saw, indicating there is more demand in the market.
