She helped me estimate the cost of what things would need to be fixed in the short term or long term to be able to know how much would need to be spent along with the down payment initially. Many times she went above and beyond to get all the details of when different work had been done or appliances installed to the house. She went through local tax documents and property records and not all agents would do that. Some would mention that you could look up that information yourself if it wasn't provided on a sellers disclosure. I ended up purchasing a house that I wanted to have some minor renovations done. She had a lot of great recommendations of people for all of the work. I was living several states away, so I only had a few windows to be looking and buying, but she was very patient and responsive. She helped me out a lot with inspections and other things that needed to be done at the property throughout the home buying process. She was very knowledgeable about a variety of different neighborhoods in Tallahassee.
